Are you paying child support, but suspect you're paying too much?

Or maybe you are (or should be) receiving child support, and you believe the amount is not enough?

Child support is a complicated matter. If the calculations are not done properly, you could end up paying tens of thousands more than you are required to by law. You could also be receiving significantly less than the law provides for.

We can help you to determine what you are legally entitled to receive or obligated to pay!

Our Florida child support masterclass will answer the following questions for you:

- Should I be paying or receiving child support?

- How much should I be paying each month?

- How much should I be receiving each month?

- Will the amount I pay or receive change significantly if our current time-sharing arrangement changes?

- How long am I required to pay child support?

Meet The Lawyer

Attorney Yanique L. Otto

I'm Attorney Yanique Otto. I'm a divorce and child support lawyer, representing clients throughout the State of Florida.

I created the "Florida Child Support Masterclass" service to meet the needs of my clients who want to understand their child support rights or responsibilities before deciding whether they will proceed with litigation. In some cases, the desire is to come up with an out of court agreement that is fair to all parties.

In my online video class, I teach you how child support is calculated, and which factors can cause the support amount to increase or decrease over time. After taking this class, you will be armed with the information you need, to make the decisions that are right for you, and in the best interest of your child or children.

The class is completely self paced, you can watch it all at once, or in bits and pieces, and you can watch it over and over again. As a bonus, I'll also personal run your child support numbers for you, when we meet for our 1:1 consultation which is included with your course registration. I look forward to seeing you inside the class, and helping you understand your child support obligation or entitlement!

During this call, I will personal calculate your child support numbers for you, using the information you provide me during the call.

This is a $350 value consultation that is available for free, once you register for the course!

Why you can't afford NOT to understand child support calculations.

  • You may pay $1000's more than the law requires

Did you know that a simple mistake in your child support calculations could cost you $1000's of dollars over the life of your child. For example, if you start paying child support when your child is 2 years old, and if the calculation is doe incorrectly and you're paying, say, $170 more per month than you should be, over the course of your child's life, you could pay more than $20,000 in child support that you're not obligate to!

  • You may be entitled to more than you're receiving

If you're on the receiving end of child support, an inaccurate calculation could negatively impact you if the amount calculated is less than it should be, leaving you with a much higher financial burden than you should be made to bear on your own.

  • Time is Money

Changes in child support are typically retroactive to the date the petition is filed. So the longer you remain with an inaccurate amount being paid or received, the more it is going to cost you in the long run. The sooner you have an understanding, the sooner you can make the changes that are in the best interest of you, and your children!

Take the guess work out of the calculations!
