Parent Education And Family Stabilization Course

This is a parenting class required in the State of Illinois for parents going through a divorce or a "custody" case. The law that prescribes this course can be found in Section 404.1 of 750 ILCS 5 as part of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act and Illinois Supreme Court Rule 924 .

This course has been approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families, also known as DCF. The contents provided in the course meets national standards, and the certificate is recognized by all courts that allow distance learning.
